Terms and Conditions

Employers:

  1. Our charges for the placement of the house staff or any, is 300 pounds for UK or an equivalent as per the country of placement, paid into our bank account in India.
  2. For India the Hiring fee is one month salary of the employee.
  3. The fee amount paid to us is non-refundable.
  4. If the placement is terminated from the employer’s end, there is no free replacement.
  5. If the candidate leaves the job, we will continue to replace with new candidates.
  6. Before hiring the employer is given a trial period of 3 days with each candidate.
  7. During trial period the employer pays the candidates the existing rate per hour of the required category or job as per the country of placement.
  8. Only if the employer is satisfied with a particular candidate, they may hire on paying our fee by bank transfer to our Indian account or Union money transfer or PayPal.
  9. The employer will be free to talk to the previous references after they are satisfied with the trial period.
  10.  After hiring a candidate, Househelpsearch is not responsible for any mishap at the residence of the employer. The employer has to take measures of security and safety. The employer may make a one to one agreement with the employee in which househelpsearch is not a participant.
  11. There is a token fee of 25 pounds for employers to begin the work of searching candidates. 

Candidates:

  1. Each candidate is interviewed and scrutinized with all details of a good home staff.
  2. Candidates need to submit the following to create a profile in our records:
  1. passports copy
  2. Visa copy
  3. One photograph
  4. CV
  5. 2 references
  6. And also any other identity
  1. There is no registration fee for candidates.
  2. Candidates from U.K. will pay half the salary of the first week in pounds after we succeed to find them a suitable job. For India, candidates will pay us 2 weeks salary after the 1st month of placement.
  3. In case a candidate leaves the job they will report to us with proper reason and in consent with the employer.
  4. The candidates will not be refunded their fee in case they leave the job on their own.
  5. In such cases the candidate may try for a new job but the fee will be charged again for the next placement.
  6. If the employer terminates the candidates, the candidate will be given another job with no charges.
